ALLISON GRIMALDI DONAHUE

IUNO’s program opens with a residency dedicated to art writing. The residency is based on a principle of affinity or curiosity towards those who investigate the realm of words.

From January until May, our guest will be Allison Grimaldi Donahue (Middletown, Connecticut, USA 1984), a poet, writer, artist, and translator whose work examines the intersections between language, pain, and performance. She is the author of Body to Mineral (Publication Studio Vancouver 2016) and On Endings (Delere Press 2019) and translator of Blown Away by vito m. bonito (Fomite 2021) and Self-portrait by Carla Lonzi (Divided 2021).
